Cook County, IL Building Facade Renovation
Extensive Window Restoration at a Chicago Landmark

Historic preservation consulting to Soodan & Associates, Inc. for the Cook County Building’s 1,400 windows. Of the 1,400 windows most were carefully restored while severely deteriorated wood windows and non-historic steel windows were replaced in kind. All hands-on assessment and construction work was carried out in a fully occupied building.
