Addition and Rehabilitation


McGuire Igleski & Associates, Inc. provided architectural services for an addition, new accessible ramp, exterior painting, interior accessibility upgrades and interior finishes restoration.

The project included a commercial kitchen, new toilet rooms, dressing room and restoration of hallway including plaster sand finish and application of historic paint colors. The exterior was painted using an historically appropriate color scheme.


The Kenilworth Assembly Hall was designed by architect George Maher in 1907. The Hall is a community building used for civic and private events and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
