Rehabilitation of Existing Apartment Building
McGuire Igleski & Associates, Inc. provided architectural services to the Housing Opportunity Development Corporation for the rehabilitation of a ten unit apartment building.
The project included schematic design, program analysis, code analysis, and review of the proposed project with the City of Evanston for alterations to meet applicable codes; and an analysis of existing conditions to develop a scope of rehabilitation work and construction documents.
Services included the development of order-of-magnitude construction costs associated with the recommended work.
