McGuire Igleski & Associates, Inc. completed the exterior restoration of this 1889 depot. Work included assessment and reintroduction of slate roofing, metal cresting, copper gutters and downspouts, and restoration of historic wood windows.
This train station was designed and constructed for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad and is now home to the Brookfield Historical Society. This building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
