| Loder Hall, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, Evanston, Illinois Rehabilitation and Reuse Study McGuire Igleski & Associates, Inc. is the architect for the Loder Hall rehabilitation study for mixed use options. Work included design options for reuse based on various programmatic scenarios including housing, student center, faculty offices and classrooms. All Work to comply with LEED certified standards. Loder Hall, currently a dormitory with lounge and cafeteria, is part of the Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary campus. The campus, designed by Holabird and Roche and successor firm Holabird and Root in the Gothic Revival style, was constructed between 1916 and 1926; Loder Hall was constructed in 1959. The campus is a City of Evanston Landmark. |
