MCGUIRE IGLESKI & ASSOCIATES, INC. was the architect for the exterior restoration and remodeling of this historic house. Work included replacing severely deteriorated porch capitals, which were designed to match the pressed brick and sandstone elements on the front facade, repairing other porch elements, and a room addition at the rear of the house. The house was then painted in historically appropriate colors.
Designed by Chicago's first established architectural firm, John Van Osdel & Co., and constructed in 1890, this house is part of the Evanston Lake Shore National Register Historic District.
