MCGUIRE IGLESKI & ASSOCIATES, INC. was the architect for the restoration work at this historic house which was originally designed by architect Ernest Mayo in 1912. Documentation of the building was completed including a Local Landmark designation and tax freeze application. A one story family room with remodeled kitchen was sensitively added.
Work was completed in 1998 and the project received a Preservation and Design Award from the Evanston Preservation Commission in 2002.
