Exterior restoration includes cornice reconstruction, new windows and roofs

Services include assessment, inspection, and all phases of repair of the building envelope for Chicago Public Schools. Scope includes brick and limestone restoration, repointing, masonry cleaning, roof and window replacement, parapet rebuilding and reconstruction of missing metal cornice on Main building and interior renovations.

The former Bryn Mawr Public School campus is comprised of three buildings: Main Building (1902-21), Annex (1971) and the Child Family Center (1995). The original portion of the main building was designed by John Howett in 1902 with two major additions designed by A. F. Hussander and constructed in 1913 and 1921.
